Returns are easy. Please follow the steps below for a smooth process. For any question you might have about our return policy, feel free to contact us before placing your order or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
STEP 1 - SUBMIT A RETURN REQUEST
You may return any purchase within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. You will need to submit a return request first by logging into your account.
Find the order you wish to return and click on the "Return Items" link. Note you will not be able to submit a return request for an order that has already been refunded or partially refunded.
Next, you will need to specify the "Qty To Return", "Return Reason", and "Return Action". Leave us a comment to help us learn more about your return.
Click on "Submit Return Request" on the bottom to complete your request. A confirmation will be emailed to you shortly. You will receive another email when we've processed your return. You can check your return status anytime in your account.
STEP 2 - RETURN WITH RETURN AUTHORIZATION
We'll email you a return authorization once we've received your return request. Please attach it to your return and complete the process by:
1. Returning to the store:
Store address: 1660 Cypress Street, Vancouver.
Store hours: Tuesday - Friday 10:30am - 7pm; Saturday & Sunday 11am - 5pm; We are closed on Mondays.
For statutory holidays and long weekends, please call ahead or Google for our holiday store hours.
2. Returning to the delivery team:
Should you expect another delivery from us within 14 days, you can return to our delivery team.
We'd appreciate if you could kindly place your return along with your return authorization in a clean bag for the convenience of our delivery team.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
Please note all special orders are final, no exchange or return.
Items purchased during a Buy One Get One sale are viewed as pairs, one being the purchased pair and the other being the free pair. Both items in a pair must be returned for a full refund. All BOGO items are eligible individually for direct exchange in store for any item of equal original value.
